Meet The Crew
Debi
Cagle - The President and Manager of Cagle's Appliance Center,
Inc.
Debi extends a personal invitation to you to
visit the store, her pride and joy. Debi's goal is to see to it that all of your
customer service needs are met. Her parents, Aubrey & Lorene opened the
business in 1952. Debi has spent her entire life involved in some aspect
of the business. She knows the appliance industry inside out, and if a
question should arise that she can't answer, she knows how and where to get the
answer. It seems that most of her Cagle's team is related in one way or
the other, and/or worked with other staff members in previous jobs. That
just creates a friendlier environment for the staff as well as customers.
Gary
Cagle - Gary is the Service Manager. He is the only person here
at Cagle's to be involved in appliances longer than Debi - and that's just
because he's her older brother! He, too, has been working with appliances
all of his life. He has worked for Cagles for over 25 years. There are not too
many problems that arise that Gary can not fix.
Lorene
Cagle - Lorene, along with husband Aubrey, started Cagle's Appliance back in
1952. They opened the store with customers in mind, and since then have always
stuck with a strong commitment to customer service. Lorene only stops by
occasionally now, but still keeps track of what is going on and still attends
buying events with her daughter.
Sales
Dave
Gotts - Dave has worked for Cagle's since 2005. Dave
specializes in helping customers design their dream kitchen - but can also help
you find the range, refrigerator, dishwasher or any other appliance for your
home or rental unit just as easily. He has an extensive
knowledge of appliances and parts. He has been in the industry for over a
decade. When Dave is not working, you can find him on a race track drag
racing his Camaro. Stop by his desk and check out his pictures.
Donna
Ibach - Donna has worked for Cagle's since 2004. She has been in the
appliance industry most of her life. She is very knowledgeable on
appliances - both on the selling side and as a former technician. Donna
assists the staff by helping make sure warranty and rebate information is
processed and available.
Bill
Combs - Bill has been with Cagle's since 2000. He helps out with our sales.
Bill is always a smiling face with a joke in hand for you.
Back Office
Bonnie
Matthews - Bonnie has been with Cagles since 1992. She takes care of all
the warranty follow-up work and keeps track of customer payments and charges.
Sharon
Throop - Sharon started in
2007 and is the Controller. She handles the day-to-day financial matters
for the store. She also has a puppy named Tucker.
Service
Gena
Kucharski - Gena has worked for Cagle's since 2001. She
has many years of dispatch experience behind her, which proves to be a real plus
in her daily routine here at Cagles. She not only answers most of the
phone calls that come in to the store, she takes care of all the service calls
for our customers and works with many property management companies to assist
them with their repair needs.
Doug
Benes - Doug has worked for Cagles since 1986. He has been repairing
appliances his entire life. He is a Miami Dolphins fan and a Cubs fan.
Rich
Hargrove - Rich has been working for Cagles since 2001. He is a very dedicated
repairman. He has been repairing appliances since he was a little boy. Not too
much has ever been able to stump Rich. Rich is also a Denver Broncos fan. As a
side note, Rich used to work for JC.
JC
- He has been in the industry since 1954, so he gets to just go by JC. He has been with Cagles since 2004. JC used to work for Amana. At one time he even employed a young technician
named "Rich" (see above!)
Parts Department
Barbara
Jambor - Barbara has been with Cagles since 2005. Before
Cagles, Barbara worked at Hughes Appliance Parts and has been dealing
with parts since the early 1990's. Customer service has always been a strong
point in her career.
George
Stoneking - George has been with Cagles since 2003. He has been
dealing with parts since the early 1990's. He comes from a long line of
technicians. George is also working on getting the parts department a little
more organized, and oversees the ordering for the department as well as helping
at the Parts Counter.
Ed (Erod)
Rodriguez - Ed is one of the newest member of the Cagle's family. He started with us in
early 2007. Ed is extremely knowledgeable in parts and worked with Maytag
for many years. He has been in the business since 1978. Ed is always a happy
face who is eager to not only assist you in your parts needs, but put a smile on
your face as well.
Gabriela (Gabby)
Gudino - Gabby is the newest member of the Cagle's family. She
not only assists in the Parts Department, but is the back-up to Gena, our
service dispatcher. Gabby has been a great addition to the Cagle's team
and is learning more and more. Gabby had the pleasure of working with Erod
in previous employment.
Delivery and Shop Work
Michael
Dominguez - Michael has been with Cagle's since 2003. Michael helps
out with deliveries when needed. He oversees the operations of the used
and freight damaged store. He also checks out all of the appliances before
they are put into the used store as well as doing quite a bit of other in-house
shop work.
Robert
Nelson - Robert has been with the company since 2005 and is our delivery man. He is the
Big Guy of the Cagle's family. He makes sure all of the appliances are
delivered in a timely manner and with great customer service. Before
Cagle's, he was a chef
for 5 years.
