showroom.
IN SHOP REPAIRS
Depending on the appliance, you may prefer to bring it into our shop for
an in-house repair. Typically, that can save you some money, but
if it is something that must be installed and then reinstalled, it isn't
practical. You can contact our parts department for the fees
charged for bringing an item into the shop. We do charge a
non-refundable fee for the estimates. The parts department will be
happy to go over all of the fees with you prior to your leaving the
item. If you do bring an item in, first check in at the parts
department counter. They will then fill out the necessary
paperwork, go over the charges, and will then assist you with bringing
the item in to the shop.
